Welcome To Arrow Machining

Arrow Machining is a complete machine shop that creates parts and components for a wide variety of industries and applications. 42 years of experience in machining with accuracy to the 1/1000 of an inch allows for top precision products of any material for production or customary needs. Utilizing Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines, Vertical Mills, Lathes, in addition to welding, die making, assemblies and fabrication to any work that you need.

With an extensive amount of experience in the machining industry, Arrow Machining prides in continuing to deliver quality parts for all industries no matter how large, small or detailed it may be. Using the top quality materials for the job is a must when it comes to delivering quality products with strict attention to precision and tolerances.

Our facility consists of several machines and thousands of tooling to get the job done. Machining capacity of up to 38” over gap and 96” between centers. We also utilize micromachining for the smaller sized parts. We work hand in hand with engineers, companies and vendors to ensure satisfaction with all produced parts.

Our Tools And Technology

Arrow Machining has it all

Arrow Machining has it all – from precision lathes for detailed work, robust vertical mills for heavy-duty tasks, advanced CNC machines for automated, high-accuracy operations, to professional welding services for durable, reliable joins. We are your one-stop-shop for comprehensive machining solutions, ensuring quality, efficiency, and exceptional service in every job we handle.

Computer Numerical Control Machines (CNC)

CNC machines increase productivity and vastly improve the accuracy and consistency of the end product by automating the machining process. They allow for high precision, repeatability, and complex surface machining. They can also operate 24/7 and only need to be turned off for occasional maintenance.

Vertical Mills

Vertical mills are good for precision drilling, cutting, and shaping. They can handle heavy-duty materials and large pieces. The vertical orientation of the cutting tool is useful for tasks that require an up-and-down motion, such as drilling holes or cutting deep into material. They also allow for complex parts to be made in one setup, reducing the need for multiple machines.

Lathes

Lathes are versatile and can produce a wide variety of shapes, cuts, and details on a rotating workpiece. They're great for producing parts that have symmetry along their axis, such as wheels, and they can work with a wide variety of materials, from wood to metals. Their precision makes them invaluable in the manufacturing sector.

Prototyping

Prototyping is a dynamic and iterative process of creating early-stage models, mock-ups, or samples of a product, system, or concept. It serves as a crucial step in the design and development cycle, allowing designers, engineers, and innovators to explore, test, and refine their ideas before committing to a final design.
